Healthy Kale Salad With Pomegranate

This is one Healthy Kale Salad With Pomegranate that you can make it easy as ABC. You can add other fruits and vegetables such as avocado. A simple, healthy and winter salad is the best choice for dinner. Eat this salad and sleep easily.

 

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Chopped Kale  1 glass
Pinto bean  1 can
Pickles  3 pcs
Capsicum  1/2 glass
Cooked egg  2 pcs
Pomegranate  2 pcs
Mayonnaise  3 tbsp
Salt and pepper  required an amount

 

 

 

 

Preparation

Step 1: Put chopped kale in a bowl and add pomegranate.

Season enough salt and pepper.

 

Step2: Mince pickles then chop eggs and it to our mixture.

 

Step 3: Add minced capsicum and at the end pour pinto beans.

 

Step 4: Stir the salad well and add mayonnaise.

 

Then you can serve and enjoy.
