Today we have a very Popular And Delicious Sheermal Bread Recipe. This sweet Sheermal bread is a mildly sweet and some saffron flavored bread. It has similarities towards Persian saffron bread. This bread is very popular in Indo and traditional in Iran. In this recipe, you can replace warm milk with warm water and you can flavor with saffron and cardamom. Also in some countries, they served with Kababs or alongside their launch.
|Warm milk||1 glass|
|Yeast||2 and 1/2 glass|
Step 1: Pour one spoon sugar in warm milk then add yeast.
Stir the yeast then put it aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Crack the egg in a bowl and stir well.
Add some salt and sugar and stir again.
Add butter and pour prepared yeast and stir.
Step 3: Now pour flour slowly and stir.
Then knead the dough with your hand.
Step 4: Put the dough aside for 1 hour.
Knead the dough with your hand again then cut some part of dough.
Form the dough like a circle and make it smooth with your hand.
Now put the dough in a baking dish.
Step 5: Rub some yolk with a brush in the dough.
Season some sesame.
Preheat the oven over 180C and let it bake for 30 minutes.
