Ratatouille (French)

Ingredients Qt
Zucchini  2 pcs
Eggplant  2 pcs
Tomato  2 pcs
Onion  1 pcs
Garlic  2 cloves
Olive oil  ¼ glass
Parsley  required amount
Salt and pepper  required amount





Step 1: Slice and chop eggplant and zucchini.

Mince the onions also, minced garlic too.

Minced tomatoes and Season enough salt and pepper.

Pour them into a pan over medium heat.



Step 2: Then pour some oil pan and add the mixture.

Then add minced parsley and let it fry for few minutes.
