 French Sole Meuniere

A flavorful take on The Tasty And Classic French Sole Meuniere that is simple to prepare. Taking a whole 15 minutes from start to finish and it thinks it makes for a perfect weeknight meal. Sole Meuniere highlights the simple flavors of crispy and fresh fish. It is better to use boneless fish because is cook faster and easier.



Ingredients Qt
Fish  2 slice
Lime  1 pcs
Minced parsley  100 gr
Butter  100 gr
Salt and pepper  required an amount





Step 1: Pour oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the fishes in hot oil.





Step 2: Melt the butter over low heat then pour minced parsley.

Add some lemon juice.





Step 3: Our sauce is ready now you serve your fried fishes with sauce.
