Chicken and spinach crepes ( French)

Well, I think it is a great way to use up your leftover chicken! It’s teamed with garlicky sautéed spinach and flavor chicken. Fill your crepes with a creamy mixture of chicken. Also, you can make this Tasty Chicken And Spinach Crepe From France and freeze them until to use them.



Ingredients Qt
Flour  100 gr
Egg  2 pcs
Butter  70 gr
Milk  1 glass
Mushroom  1 glass
Cooked spinach  100 gr
Pizza cheese  100 gr
Cheese 150 gr
Cream  half of the cup
Salt and pepper  required an amount





Step 1: Crack the egg in a bowl and stir well.

Add butter and season egg some salt and pepper.

Also, pour milk when you are stirring.



Step 2: Then add flour and stir well to make it smooth.



Step 3: Pour our mixture in a pan and let it fry from both sides.

Wait to shape it like bread.




Step 4: Saute mushroom and spinach in oil over medium heat and add cheese.




Step 5: Now put one spoon chicken mixture in the center of each crepe and add pizza cheese.




Broil 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
