Persimmon dessert

Fall is here and we want to show you a video that you can make a delicious dessert with one of the fall fruits. Persimmon is a fruit that many people maybe don’t like it but with a recipe, you fall in love with it. This food is very popular in Asia. Mix this dessert with honey and served in your gathering.  Eat this Wonderful And Homemade Persimmon Dessert in your cold evening.



Ingredients Qt
Gelation powder  1 tbsp
Water  4 tbsp
Yolk  1 pcs
Sugar  ¼ glass
Flour  2 tbsp
Milk  ½ glass
Vanilla  ¼ Tsp
Honey  1 tbsp
Cream  ¼ Tsp
Mashed persimmon  1 pcs





Step1: Mix gelatin powder with water and preheat with Bain Marie.



Step 2: Mix yolk with sugar and stir with a stirrer and pour half of the milk slowly.



Step 3: Add flour and stir well.

Put the mixture over medium heat and stir.




Step 4: Pour another half of milk and stir to make it smooth and thick.



Step5: Add melted gelatin, cream, and honey.




Step 6: Pour mashed persimmon and stir.



Pour the mixture in a bundt pan and put it in the refrigerator for 4 or 5 hours.

Persimmons are just yum, yum, yum. There is also an American persimmon that is nearly unknown outside Appalachia. It’s a wild tree, rather small. The fruits are inedible (they make one pucker like a super sour pickle) until they’re wrinkled and falling to the ground. If you can beat the deer to them, they’re amazing. Thankfully, the Asian ones are a lot easier to acquire! Blessings.
