Austrian potato salad (Erdäpfelsalat) Recipe

This is one of quick and easy Austrian potato salad (Erdäpfelsalat) Recipe, there is no mayonnaise in this healthy and delicious salad. It prepares by vinegar and yogurt. Watch the video and serve this salad in your family gathering. You can have this salad in your diet too.

Austrian potato salad is lighter than American potato salad because it’s made without mayonnaise. This potato salad is a traditional and lovely side dish for Schnitzel. Follow our recipe and make this salad in a short time.



Ingredients Qt
Boiled potato  3 pcs
Gravy or chicken water  ½ glass
Vinegar  3 tbsp
Strained Yogurt  2 tbsp
Minced parsley  required an amount




Step 1: Pour Gravy or chicken water in yogurt, and stir well. It should be smooth. stir them so good.



Step 2: Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir.

Add vinegar and stir then add potatoes.

I avoid using large potatoes as they will often break into pieces when sliced.

Simmer the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, or until can be easily pierced with a knife.



Step 3: at the end add minced parsley and serve. parsley will make your food so tasty and you will like a lot.
