Austrian boiled veal with vegetable (Tafelspitz)

Another special and delicious food is Tafelspitz that it’s for a meat lover. Typically it serves with seasonal vegetables. This food named the king of the beef dishes in Austria.  You can make a delicious and popular Austrian boiled veal with vegetable with simple ingredients in a short time.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Boiled veal  1 slice
Turnip  5 pcs
Strained yogurt  required an amount
Salt and pepper  required an amount
French fries  required an amount
Cooked vegetables (Such as carrot, potato, and parsley)  required an amount

Preparation

Step 1: Boiled the veal in water before then put it in your served dish.

Add vegetables and French fries in the dish.

Step 2: At the end pour yogurt on the veal and garnish with parsley.
