Austrian veal cutlets (Wiener)

They are usually prepared with pork or beef, and occasionally with veal. The Tasty Austrian veal cutlet Recipe is typically served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable and salads or fried grated beets.  This recipe has not hanged for hundreds of years.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Veal  1 slice  
Egg  1 pcs
Flour  2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs  2 tbsp
Oil  required amount
Salt and pepper  required amount

Preparation

Step 1: Crack the egg in a bowl.

Stir the egg and add salt and pepper.

Step 2: Dredge slice in flour.

Step3: Coat the veal with egg mixture then with bread crumbs.

Step 4: Heat the oil over medium heat.

Fry veal until golden brown on each side.
