Belgian Carbonnade flamande

This food has many different types and you served it with various drinks. The Belgians serve the beef, onion, bread, salt, pepper, and vegetables, along with a thick beverage. Some locals, however, also use carrots, mushrooms, sheep meat, musk, and even chocolate. The Delicious Belgian Carbonnade flamande is often served with boiled potatoes and vegetables.



Ingredients Qt
Beef  2 pcs
Onion  1 pcs
Pepper  1 pcs
Carrot  1 pcs
Boiled potatoes  1 pcs
Mushroom  required an amount
Oil  required an amount
Salt and pepper  required an amount





Step 1: Chop the beef, onion, carrots, and potato.



Step 2: Heat the oil over medium heat and put the meats in the oil.

Add onions and start to saute.

Add carrots, mushroom, and pepper.

Chop the green pepper. Sprinkle salt and pepper.



Step 3: In the end, add potato and stir.

Let it cook for a few minutes then serve.
