Belgian Endive Vahm Garten

In this video, we want to show you one of Delicious Belgian Endive Vahm Garten Recipe. I think this food is kind of salad that you can use in your family parties and holiday dinner.



Ingredients Qt
Leek  1/2 glass
Cooked meat  1/2 glass
Mashed potatoes  1/2 glass
Cottage cheese  1/2 glass
Salt and pepper  required amount




Step 1: Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Start to saute the leeks.

Add meat and sprinkle salt and pepper.



Step 2: After a few minutes pour the mixture in your serve dish.

Add cottage cheese and serve it with mashed potatoes.


Enjoy it.

What struck me—the word “endive”. In America, that is a type of lettuce. Is that what you are referring to when you show “leeks?” Or does Endive have a different meaning?

@Kirizar A Belgian Endive is actually a chicory crown in the USA. It’s a very popular vegetable in Belgium but I’m not sure why it’s in the title of this dish as there is no chicory in it !
