The Belgian Classic Fish Sole Meuniere

This recipe is one of The Belgian Classic Fish Sole Meuniere dish that dipped in seasoned flour and then pan-fried in a small amount of butter. Lemon juice and some chopped parsley are add to make a rich brown butter sauce. The fish is served with potatoes. You can easily find this popular food in Belgian restaurant and houses.



Ingredients Qt
Fish  2 pcs
Flour  1 tbsp
(Chili, coriander, ginger, and caraway)
 1 tbsp
Butter  25 gr
Lime juice  1 tbsp
Parsley  1 tbsp
Cooked green bean  required amount  
Cooked potato  required amount  
Salt and pepper  required amount  




Step 1: Pour lemon juice to the fish and add a little salt and pepper.

Sprinkle all spices.



Step 2: Toss the fish slices with flour.



Step 3: Heat the butter in a large frying pan.

Add the fish and cook, skin-side down.


Serve your food with potatoes and bean.
