|Minced cucumber||1 cup|
|Cooked chickpea||1 glass|
|Olive oil||required an amount|
|Salt and pepper||required an amount|
Step 1: Cooked chickpeas before then pour it in a dish.
Add minced tomatoes and cucumbers.
Step 2: Add cheese to the mixture, use your breakfast cheese for this salad.
Step 3: Add parsley and coriander. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
