|Fish filet||2 pcs|
|Chicken water||1 glass|
|Olive oil||2 tbsp|
|Lime juice||3 tbsp|
Step 1: Pour lime juice on fish.
Heat the oil in a pot and let the fish fry.
Step 2: Chop the onion and saute. Then chop the apple and saute with onions.
Pour enough chicken water. Sprinkle curry and pepper then stir well.
Let it boil for a few minutes.
Step 3: Rub the cream on the fish then pour the mixture on the fish.
Heat the oven on 180C and let it cook for 15 minutes.
