Crispy potato spinach balls

Hello, everyone! Here we have a New Recipe Of Crispy Potato Spinach Balls. This food absolutely for your next get together and parties. The idea of mashed potato balls is not new but the exciting addition is spinach! Not only spinach but also tons of cheese which melts to give you these cheese-y potato spinach bombs!

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Potato  2 pcs
Spinach  1/2 glass
Breaded flour  half of glass
Egg  1 pcs
Salt and pepper  required an amount
Olive oil  required an amount

Preparation

Step 1: Chop fresh spinaches.

Step 2: Cooked potatoes before then mash the potatoes with a masher in a bowl.

Add chopped spinaches and mix well. Crack the egg and pour into the mixture.

Step 3: Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Make the mixture ball shape with your hand.

Put the balls in a breaded flour.

Fried the balls in a oil for a few minutes.

Wow – these look amazing. I think I will have to try these because I cook a lot with potatoes and spinach but always end up throwing a fair amount of both away – this would be a delicious way to use both up ♥

Looks great. Do you do wheat, gluten and citrus free recipes? I’m ananphilactic to both wheat and citrus and can’t tolorate any grains except for the occasional basmati rice.
