Tuna And Fresh Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Tuna fish  1 can
Pickles  3 pcs
Radish  2 pcs
Scallion  3 pcs
Parsley  100 gr
Corn  100 gr
Potato  2 pcs
Coriander  100 gr
Capsicum  half of one
Salt and pepper  required an amount

Preparation

Step 1: Pour corns in a bowl. Break up your tuna can and add it to the bowl.

Step 2: Cooked potatoes before then minced potatoes.

Chop all vegetables and add it to the other ingredients. Sprinkle enough salt and pepper.

Step 3:Now stir the mixture and serve It in a dish.

        as my knowledge the flesh of fish is contaminated by toxic chemicals that are known to cause cancer and brain degeneration

          I think you might be confused. Mercury can be unhealthy, but in recent years the amount of mercury in something like tuna is decreased. Tuna is high in omega 3 and very healthy for you

          Eating fish is not healthy for your heart! Heavy metals are concentrated in tuna because of the contaminated fish they eat. Tuna flesh is loaded with heavy metals that attack the heart muscle, so the toxicity outweighs any possible health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids……

          i agree that tuna is high in omega3. but the things which have advantages that even have disadvantages also………. tuna is unhealthy in an indirect way

          Eating the fresh fish is always better and we prefer to eat it more but some times we should or want to eat tuna..
