Noodle and vegetables salad

Enjoy this quick and easy super food noodle salad recipe. An Asian inspired, light and healthy dish the whole family will enjoy. The perfect compromise between pasta and salad, this super healthy salad is fresh, seasonal and overflowing with body-loving veggies.



Ingredients Qt
Noodle  1 package
Corn  1/2 glass
Basil  2 tbsp
Chopped Capsicum  2 tbsp
Pea  1/2 glass
Chopped carrot  1 pcs
Cherry tomato  10 pcs
Salt and pepper  required an amount



Step 1: Prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions.

Add vegetables to the noodle and ix together.



Step 3: Sprinkle enough salt and pepper.

Minced basil and add it to the salad.



Step 4: You can serve this salad with cheese.
