The Amazing Hindi Salad (Raita) Recipe is high in protein and tastes great. I’ve largely given up on dipping anything in it. I just eat it by the spoonful. The recipe takes a while, but it makes enough to merit it.

Step 1: At first, peel the cucumbers and chopped.
Step 2: Then pour the cucumbers in yogurt.
Add cumin then minced the corianders and add it to the mixture.
Step 3: Sprinkle enough pepper and stir well. serve it and enjoy.
