The Amazing Hindi Salad (Raita) Recipe is high in protein and tastes great. Raita is easy to make North Indian side dish recipe. I’ve largely given up on dipping anything in it. I just eat it by the spoonful. The recipe takes a while, but it makes enough to merit it. This salad is so popular in Indian and they make it always in their parties as a side dish.

Ingredients Qt
Yogurt  2 glasses
Cucumber  2 pcs
Cumin  1 tbsp
Coriander  2 tbsp
Pepper  required an amount





Step 1: At first, peel the cucumbers and chopped. Try to have the fresh cucumber for this salad.



Step 2: Then pour the cucumbers in yogurt.

Add cumin then minced the coriander and add it to the mixture. Try to chop them in small sizes.

Step 3: Sprinkle enough pepper and stir well. You can add other spices that you like too. serve it and enjoy.

There are several variants of Raita as prepared in India! In addition to cucumber, you can add finely chopped onions and tomatoes to make delicious vegetable Raita. We also eat pineapple raita, bottle gourd (grated and boiled) raita etc. Visit India for savouring this
