The Amazing Hindi Salad (Raita) Recipe

The Amazing Hindi Salad (Raita) Recipe is high in protein and tastes great. I’ve largely given up on dipping anything in it. I just eat it by the spoonful. The recipe takes a while, but it makes enough to merit it.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Yogurt  2 glasses
Cucumber  2 pcs
Cumin  1 tbsp
Coriander  2 tbsp
Pepper  required an amount

Preparation

Step 1: At first, peel the cucumbers and chopped.

Step 2: Then pour the cucumbers in yogurt.

Add cumin then minced the corianders and add it to the mixture.

Step 3: Sprinkle enough pepper and stir well. serve it and enjoy.

There are several variants of Raita as prepared in India! In addition to cucumber, you can add finely chopped onions and tomatoes to make delicious vegetable Raita. We also eat pineapple raita, bottle gourd (grated and boiled) raita etc. Visit India for savouring this
