Kuku kadoo (Persian zucchini frittata)

Persian zucchini frittata the best and easiest baked filled with zucchini delicious spices and herbs. It’s great for dinner or lunch so tender and custard-like. Low calorie. Low carb and with high-quality protein.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Zucchini  1 pcs
Egg  1 pcs
Flour  1 tbsp
Minced dill  1 tbsp
Mashed garlic  1 tsp
Turmeric  required an amount
Salt and pepper  required an amount

Preparation

Step 1: Grate the zucchini then pour it in a bowl.

Add garlic and stir well then add flour and continue to stirring. Season enough spices.

Step 2: Add minced dill.

Crack the egg into the mixture and stir.

Step 3: Heat the oil over medium heat.

Pour the mixture in a pan and smooth the top with the back of spoon.

Let it cook for 10 minutes for each side.

    I am going to start with the tortilla omelette?
    And then…they all look so good….I love cooking too.

    Agh…just a couple of dishes. I prepare the baddest shrimp ceviche in the world. Every Christmas party ( posada ) I take to my friend’s house, and the whole thing is gone in minutes. Love it. Take care.
