Kuku kadoo (Persian zucchini frittata)
Persian zucchini frittata the best and easiest baked filled with zucchini delicious spices and herbs. It’s great for dinner or lunch so tender and custard-like. Low calorie. Low carb and with high-quality protein.
|Minced dill||1 tbsp|
|Mashed garlic||1 tsp|
|Turmeric||required an amount|
|Salt and pepper||required an amount|
Step 1: Grate the zucchini then pour it in a bowl.
Add garlic and stir well then add flour and continue to stirring. Season enough spices.
Step 2: Add minced dill.
Crack the egg into the mixture and stir.
Step 3: Heat the oil over medium heat.
Pour the mixture in a pan and smooth the top with the back of spoon.
Let it cook for 10 minutes for each side.
