Vegetable cuisine

The best vegetarian recipes are loaded with flavorful, colorful ingredients, not boring substitutes. Well, we start these protein-packed ingredients like potatoes, eggplants, tomato and more.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Chopped eggplant  1 pcs
Minced, cooked carrot  1 pcs
Chopped zucchini  1 pcs
Chopped, cooked potato  1 pcs
Mushroom  5 pcs
Cherry tomato  6 pcs
Mashed garlic  1tsp          
Scallion  3 pcs

Preparation

Step 1: Pour the most ingredients in a pot.Chop the mushroom and add it to the mixture, then add garlic.

Stir the mixture well and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Sauce ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Pomegranate juice  1 glass
Flour  1 tbsp
Pomegranate paste  half of glass

 

Preparation

Step 1: Pour half of the pomegranate juice in a pot over medium heat.

Add flour and stir it with juice after a few minutes add half of the juice.

Step 2: Continue to stir then add pomegranate paste and stir.

Let it boil for 5 minutes.

When your food make ready serve it with minced scallion and your delicious sauce.
