Spanish omelet (tortilla omelet)
Spanish omelet is the English name for a traditional dish from Spanish cuisine called tortilla.
This classic Spanish dish is very versatile and quick to whip up. This food can be served hot or cold and is a fantastic way of using up all kinds of ingredients.

|Ham||required an amount|
|Salt and pepper||required an amount|
Step 1: Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Season with a tiny pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then whisk together with a fork.
Step 2: Minced tomato and add it to eggs then minced ham and it to the mixture too.
Put butter in a pan over medium heat to melt.
Step 3: Pour mixture and add cheese.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
