Spanish omelet (tortilla omelet) Recipe is the English name for a traditional dish from Spanish cuisine called tortilla. The Spanish tortilla has nothing in common with the Mexican variety except its shape and its name. This tortilla has been in my life for as long as I can remember. It was with me at breakfast times. By this recipe and this food, you can have a different and complete breakfast or even as a dinner.
This classic Spanish dish is very versatile and quick to whip up. This food can be served hot or cold and is a fantastic way of using up all kinds of ingredients. This omelet is so healthy and somehow low calories. You can have this even in your diet.

Step 1: Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Season with a tiny pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then whisk together with a fork. saute them so enough and well.
Step 2: Minced tomato and add it to eggs then minced ham and it to the mixture too.
Put butter in a pan over medium heat to melt.
Step 3: Pour mixture and add cheese.
Let it cook for 10 minutes. You should keep it on the oven until you feel is enough.
