Albaloo polo (Iranian rice with cherry)

Today we want to make Albaloo polo (Iranian rice with cherry) with fresh cherries. It was a delicious combination of cherry and delicious Persian spices. Eat this wonderful food with chicken or meatball. In this video, we show you albaloo polo with rolling chicken.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Sweetened cherry  500 gr
Cooked rice  2 glasses
Saffron  required an amount
Chicken fillet  required an amount
Salt and pepper  required an amount

Preparation

Step 1: Roll the chicken with toothpick.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and let the chickens fry.

Step 2: You can mix cherries with sugar to make it sweet.

Put half of rice in a pan and pour a layer of cherries then add rice and cherries again.

Let it cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Step 3: You can serve the food with shredded chicken and rice with saffron.
