Italian onion soup

On a chilly winter’s day, warm everyone from head to toe with a steaming pot of this The Tasty Italian onion soup Recipe Video. Each bowlful is crowned with a slice of cheesy, tomato-topped toast.

Serve with a salad of white bean, marinated artichokes, celery and thinly sliced red onion dressed by olive oil and lemon.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
White bean  1/2 glass
Minced parsley  1 tbsp
Celery  1 tbsp
Minced garlic  1 clove
Onion  1 pcs
Cabbage  1/2 glass
Pasta  50 gr
Ground beef  50 gr
Tomato juice  50 gr
Carrot  required amount
Turmeric  1 tbsp
Salt and pepper  required amount

Preparation

Step 1: Pour oil in a pan and saute onions to caramelised.

Add meat and spices then saute well.

Step 2: Grate garlic and add to the mixture.

Add other ingredients to the mixture and at the end pour tomato juice and pasta and stir well.

Step 3: Cook for 1 hour then serves it.

Garnish with parsley.

Mi piace molto intanto ti voglio chiedere la ricetta migliore per la carbonara c’è chi dice ci vuole il guanciale chi la pancetta chi il tuorlo d’uovo io l’ho cucinata in tante maniere è alla fine non ha ancora trovato la ricetta giusta ti ringrazio in anticipo

Just wondering, is the “onion soup” title really matching your recipe? It is lovely, but there is hardly any onion in it, and no toast on top. Looks more like a yummy “pasta e fagioli” 🙂

    If you dont like the onion you can delete this from your ingredients and i am so happy that you follow us
