Bangers and mash (English)
Bangers and mash gets its name because sausages. This recipe is very cheap, very traditional and one that truly requires good sausages. If you have no time and you are very hungry I think bangers with delicious mash is a good choice.
|Mashed potato||1 glass|
|Fried onion||1 pcs|
Step 1: Cook your potato and mash it before.
Cook the sausages in a pan over medium heat until browned on all sides about 5 minutes per sides.
Step 2: Pour mashed potato and cream in a dish, mix together and stir very well.
Step 3: To serve, place sausages onto a plate with a mashed potatoes. Cover it with fried onion and peas.
