Italian rice

Plain rice turns into a deliciously different side when it’s cooked in broth and accented with spinach and other vegetables.




Ingredients Qt
Rice  1/5 glass
Cooked peas  1/2 glass
Cooked corn  1/2 glass
Grated carrot  1/2 glass
Fried onion  2 tbsp
Saffron  2 tbsp
Spinach  1/2 glass
Chopped mushroom  1/2 glass
Lime  1 pcs
Chopped chicken  1 glass
Salt and pepper  required amount

Step 1: Pour some oil in a pan and place the chicken then saute to fry.

Add vegetables slowly to the chicken and continue to sauting.

Add lime juice.


Step 2: At the end add the rice and mix with mixture. Add 2 glass of water and cover it.


Step 3: Let it cook for 30 minutes.
