The Iranian Homemade Kabab Koobideh

The Iranian Homemade Kabab Koobideh is a big part of Iran cuisine and ione of the most popular kabab that you can find. This kebab is also full of vitamins. Here we have an easy recipe that you can use and cook this delicious kabab at home.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Minced meat  250 gr
Grated onion  1 pcs
Grated onion  required amount

Preparation

Step 1: Minced the meat twice.

Drain the juice from grated onion very well.

Mix all ingredients well then cover it and put in refrigerator overnight.

 

Step 2: Divide the ingredients into some portions.

Press each portion around long metal skewers and shape evenly.

 

Step 3: Place the skewers a few inches away from the grill coals.

 

Turn frequently to brown and then cook each side for a few minutes.
