|Minced meat||250 gr|
|Grated onion||1 pcs|
|Grated onion||required amount|
Step 1: Minced the meat twice.
Drain the juice from grated onion very well.
Mix all ingredients well then cover it and put in refrigerator overnight.
Step 2: Divide the ingredients into some portions.
Press each portion around long metal skewers and shape evenly.
Step 3: Place the skewers a few inches away from the grill coals.
Turn frequently to brown and then cook each side for a few minutes.
