Tabbouleh salad is a simple salad of very finely chopped vegetables, lots of fresh parsley and bulgur wheat, all tossed with lime juice and olive oil.
|Minced parsley||1 glass|
|Minced mint||1 glass|
|Bulgur wheat||1/2 glass|
|Minced scallion||1 glass|
|Olive oil||1/2 glass|
|Salt and pepper||required amount|
Step 1: Wash the bulgur wheat and soak it in water for 5-7 minutes/
Chop the vegetables. Place the chopped vegetables in a dish. Mix gently.
Step 2: Now add the lime juice and olive oil and mix again.
