The Quick Lebanese Moutabel Recipe
Moutabel is a delicious and spicy eggplant dip originating in the Middle East, is more popular in Syria, and Lebanon. It is best eaten with fresh, hot pita bread. It is dip like hummus but it is completely different experience.
|Lime juice||1/2 glass|
|Olive Oil||1/4 glass|
|Salt and red pepper||required amount|
Step 1: Roast the eggplants then mashed eggplants and pour it in a bowl.
Add tahini to eggplants then stir well.
Step 2: Add olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
Step 3: Serve it in a dish you can garnish it with parsley.
