Traditional And Delicious Lebanese Kibbeh
Baked kibbeh, a traditional Lebanese dinner recipe, is made with minced meat or lamb combined with bulgur wheat, pine nuts and warm spices like cinnamon and allspice.
This is something different, not a meatloaf, not a burger, something else. The crunch is great.
|Minced meat||100 gr|
|Cooked wheat bulgur||1/2 glass|
Lebanese spice blend
|(pepper+ cinnamon+ nutmeg)||Required amount|
|Salt and pepper||Required amount|
Step 1: Grate onion and pour in a dish.
Add minced meat, wheat bulgur, Lebanese spices and salt and pepper and start to knead.
Step 2: Add ices to mixture and continue to kneading.
Place it in a refrigerator for 1hour.
Step 3: Pour oil in a pan, form meat with your hand and let it fry.
