Homemade Davoud Pasha Delicacy Recipe
Davoud pasha is a traditional Turkish delicacy, so yummy that you won’t get enough of it. You can fill the dumplings with almost anything you want; chicken, meat, vegetables…
Also you can make the dumpling and freeze them raw & just put them in boiling water and make it ready in just 15 minutes whenever you desire for it.
|Minced meat||300 gr|
|Grated onion||2 pcs|
|Sweet and sour grenadine||2 tbsp|
|Salt, pepper and cinnamon||required amount|
Step 1: Grated onion and pour in a dish.
Add meat and knead.
Add salt, pepper and cinnamon and continue kneading.
Step 2: Take a little amount of meat mixture, and form small balls.
In a pan add butter and chopped onions. Stir until it becomes gold.
Step 3: Fried meat balls, sauté with chopped mint.
Step 4: Add grenadine with water.
Let it cook for 30 minutes.
