Indian Vegetable Slow Cooking
This Indian slow cooking is so delicious and healthy and good for someone who just eat vegetables. It has no meat and chicken and all the ingredients are so tasty and low calories.
|Canned tomatoes||420 gr|
|Coconut milk||1/2 module|
|Chopped onion||2 pcs|
|Lemon juice||2 tsp|
Step 1: For making this slow cooking, pour oil in pan and then add the onion, garlic, cauliflower, carrot, canned tomatoes, salt, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, coconut milk and lemon juice to fry. And add the Lentil and mix.
Step 2: Put them on the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
