Delicious Recipe Of Vegetable Biryani
Vegetable Biryani is a bold and flavorful Indian rice dish with bell peppers, peas, carrots and potatoes in a spiced rice dish made with turmeric, masala and other warm spices.
We’re working through a list of our favorite Indian recipes including Indian Butter Chicken and Easy Ashoka chicken and it felt only right the next recipe shared would be a biryani dish which is amazing served with vegetable.
|Chopped onion||1 pcs|
|Cinnamon sticks||2 pcs|
|Red pepper||1/2 tsp|
|Snap bean||300 gr|
|Chopped cauliflower||200 gr|
|Chopped mint||100 gr|
Step 1: Soak the rice and leave it.
Place the pan over the heat and pour some oil.
Add onion and start to sauté.
Step 2: Add snap bean and coriander and continue to sauté.
Add mushrooms then add yogurt.
Step 3: Add the end add vegetables and rice.
Place it over heat and let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
