Hindi samosa

It is crunchy, spicy and all things good! Samosa has a special place in our heart. His delightful delicacy has been brought to us by Middle Eastern chefs and traded to India eventually making it a popular dish here. It was a traveler’s snack then, but now it makes for an all-season snack in the country. 

 

Ingredients

Ingredients Qt
Boiled potato  4 pcs
Chopped capsicum  1 pcs
Paprika  2 tsp
Curry  2 tsp
Garlic  2 grain
Black pepper  1/2 tsp
Red pepper  1/2 tsp
Turmeric  1 tsp
Grated ginger  1 grain
Salt  2 tsp
Paste  1 package
Oil  1/4 glass

Preparation

Step 1: Mashed boiled potatoes and pour in a dish.

Mix all spices with potatoes i. Then add ginger and capsicum and start to stir

 

 

Step 2: Pour some ingredients in a paste and close the paste in form of triangle.

 

Step 3: Place a pan over heat, pour some oil and let both sides fry.

    Put them in tissues after frying to get the oil compeletly
