The Tasty Ashoka Recipe From India
This recipe has been adapted for one person from the Ashoka restaurant in Scotland where it allegedly out sells Chicken Tikka Masala by a factor of 10:1. It was apparently develope for patrons that preferred Chinese food and is a fusion between Indian and Chinese.
|Chicken breast||2 pcs|
|Small onion||1 pcs|
|Grated ginger||2 grain|
|Lime juice||1 tbsp|
|Salt and pepper||Required amount|
Step 1: Pour yogurt in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
Grate garlic and onion and add to ingredients, add ginger too. add oil and lime juice.
Stir all ingredients together.
Step 2: Chop the chicken and put into a material and mix.
Step 3: Put chicken on a fire-pan let it grill, 3 or 4 minutes is enough for each side to grill.
