The Little Chickpea Cookies Recipe Video
Don’t let the chickpea component put you off. This is made with fine chickpea flour which results in a crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth cookie, coupled with the amazing flavors of rose water, cardamom and pistachio.
|Sugar powder||Half of a gauge|
|Oil||Half of a gauge|
|Chickpea powder||1 gauge|
|Wheat flour||1 gauge|
|Grind cardamom||1 tsp|
|Pistachio slice||For designing|
Step 1: Pour sugar powder with oil in a dish and add grind cardamom then stir with stirrer to make the ingredients homogeneous.
Step 2: Sift the chickpea flour and add to ingredients then by using fork mix the ingredients well.
Step 3: Then pour the ingredients into a plastic and put it in refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step4: After 12 hours take the plastic out and knead ingredients with hand then soft it with rolling pin.
Step 5: Rub some oil on a dish, pour the ingredients in different templates and design them with pistachio slice.
Heat the oven 175 C and let the cookies cook for 30 minutes.
