There is a delicious and wonderful little tart, filled with a moist coconut egg custard filling. Great for the family and if you are making these for a party be sure to make plenty! The tarts are made up of a typical Chinese pastry, using very regular ingredients, which give the tarts that distinctive crisp texture and sweetness.
|Oil||Half of a cup|
|Sugar powder||Half of a cup|
Step 1: Mix sugar powder, oil and vanilla, stir all of them together with stirrer.
Add egg and yolk to the ingredients then stir all the ingredients together again until the ingredients get a little puff.
Step 2: Sift the flour and add to ingredients until to get pasty. Then knead the ingredients well with hand.
Step 3: Make the ingredients like a circle with your hand and pour it in little templates.
Inside tart ingredients
|Coconut powder||1 gauge|
|Sugar powder||1 gauge|
|Egg white||2 or 3 pcs|
|Cocoa Powder||If you need|
Step 1: Stir egg white with sugar powder.
Then add coconut powder and keep continue to your stirring.
Step 2: Add one spoon of this ingredient to your paste.
Heat the oven to 175 and let it cook for 30 minutes.
