Vegetable pasta salad
This Easy Vegetable Pasta Salad is one of my go-to summer side dish recipes. It comes together in a snap and can be made ahead of time for a great menu addition.
|Black oil||100 gr|
|French sauce||2 tbsp|
|Wheat germ||200 gr|
|Salt and garlic powder||half a tsp|
|Coriander and chopped parsley||1 tsp|
Step 1: To prepare this vegetable salad, peel pumpkin and carrot at first then grate them.
Step 2: Chop the olives like a ring and grind the walnut.
Step 3: Pour water in a pot and let it boil, then pour pasta and peas to boiling water and let it cook for 7 minutes.
Step 4: Add olive, walnut and wheat germ to carrot and pumpkin and mix them with yogurt.
Step 5: Rinse the pasta and add it to ingredients.
At the end add French sauce to the ingredients and mix well then pour parsley and coriander on the salad.
