Step 1: To prepare the falafel, first let the chickpeas soak for 48 hours.
The next step minced the chickpeas in the mincer.
Step 2: Grate the onion and add to minced chickpeas, then chop the parsley and add to other ingredients.Then add egg, some salt and pepper, mix the ingredients with hand to make it unmixed.
Step 3: Take some of the material and shape it with your hands.
Step 4: Pour oil in the pan and place it on flame to hot, then put falafel in the oil to make it fry.
You can serve falafel with bread baguette.
