Shrimp chips (also known as prawn crackers) are light, puffed up, crunchy snacks that are very popular all around the world.  In some North American Chinese restaurants, multi colored  (with food coloring) “shrimp chips” are served atop a deep fried whole chicken, but those shrimp chips almost never have any real shrimp in them. 

 

Ingredients

Toasted flour      50  gr

Shrimp               200 gr

Egg                     1

Preparation

step 1: For preparing shrimp puffs, at first break the eggs in a dish and stir the eggs with fork.

step 2: Pour oil in the pan and put it on the gas flame.

step 3: First place the shrimp in the flour, then the egg, and then toasted flour, and put them in the pan to fry it.

you can add more pepper to your flour too
