The Amazing Vegetable omelet Recipe

Never skip breakfast again as you may know it’s the most important meal in day and we have a proper food for your hasty working day breakfast. This vegetable omelet combined with all nutritious goodness. Egg protein plus veggies vitamins and meltingly soft cheese.

 

Ingredients

Chopped parsley
Mushroom
Egg
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
Bell pepper
Cherry tomato

 

Preparation

Cut bell pepper in half and clean inside it.

Add egg inside the pepper bell, then add sliced mushroom, parsley, and mozzarella to that.

Place a few cherry tomato for topping.

Put it in preheated oven to 180 C then bake for 20 minutes.

When all cheese melted nicely serve and garnish with fresh lemon.
