No.3 Chicken nugget

Chicken nugget is a healthy idea for kids. Among all the healthy food that kids don’t eat properly this an exception. This is a great choice for supper and packing meal for school.

Ingredients

Shredded chicken breast
Mozzarella cheese
Mushroom
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Boiled potato
Salt
Turmeric
Onion

Preparation

In a large bowl grate your boiled potato and onion.
Add chicken, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix them.
Add half of the Breadcrumbs and one egg to the bowl and Stir it together.
In a separate bowl, crack other egg and whisk it and Set these aside
Cut the mushrooms
Heat some vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-low to medium heat
Take a ball of the mixture and put a little bite of mushroom and cheese inside it.Then rolling it into a ball.
Dip in the egg mixture, then then the breadcrumbs, gently pressing the crumbs into the chicken, and set on a clean plate. Repeat with the remaining chicken balls.

Add the chicken balls to the pan and brown on all around. Use a spatula to transfer the chicken nuggets to plate.

It’s ready. You can design it the way you want.
